This is only a test. If this were an actual blog you would be reading it :-D
I'm outta work. I'm outta patience and mostly I'm outta room in my house. I have a family staying with me for "only a week or so". That was 7 months and one job ago. the Grand angels can stay. Thumperfoot and Homing Pigeon, as I affectionately call them must go. My actual dependents are making themselves scarce as a result of their presence. The sights, the sounds, the odors, the trash and the damages are constant. The voices, OMG the loud tacky abrupt voices. I didn't raise Homing Pigeon like that. She acquired these things elsewhere. And...brought them home like Homing Pigeons do. She left the nest and came back multiplied. Loud math right there. What I don't understand is she and Thumperfoot argue and yell constantly yet won't crap by themselves. They like team up and fight publicly where ever they go. There car is down, so they borrow mine and travel together to the most ridiculous places. Like job hunting for example. One waits for the other to piddle around and then they leave arguing out the door etc etc . No logic, I'm not even going to try. I'm going on vacation. At least a day trip.
In other news, I looked back on old comments that weren't selling viagra, and found my reader--I then decided to follow all her blogs :-) And after re reading her post---I'm blogging again, be it good, bad or in between.
May all your days contain bloggable information.

Journal
I've had a toothache where there is no longer a tooth but some sort of mass of root and jawbone for the past week. It's been on and off for some time, but really ON this week. I rinse and do all sorts of things that don't even get near the area as it's not an everyday toothache. Ibuprofen is my friend but not a very powerful one. I just realized there is such a thing as alcohol. Cheers. I had some hidden away somewheres for about 6 months now--there is a shot left although there was half a bottle when I put it there. Someone must have told me "cheers" and I was in my own little world or in pain with my toothache and didn't hear them. I surely would have told them to put it back.
A couple months ago this very area was struck with pain and all of a sudden starting going numb and tingly at the same time. My chin and the side of my face and nose were affected. Weird to be numb and in pain at the same time. the strange feeling remained in my chin but the pain came and went. Well the pain is back. I drank some of the alcohol in my java and swear it had a direct route to the pain. It's throbbing now but not with intense pain. So now can I focus on other stuff for a change? Or will I be half lit and unable to for a different reason now? It hurts to comb my hair and my face is swollen as hell. The house guests have went elsewhere for the night. My only words to Homing Pigeon all this week included "stop spinning" at least every other response.
Fun Facts:
I know a guy who once slept on my couch and others, who was concerned about his credit. He mooched all of his 30 something year old life and wanted to keep his credit good while destroying others'. Yeah.
I know of a guy who went 45 years without a drivers license and although he has had several tickets and violations, even accidents, has no points on his newly obtained license. Yeah.
I appreciate folks with bad credit and points on their license. Yeah

Photos not too Grand of West Tulsa Fire
This bottom picture I took around 8 pm when I couldn't take that horrible odor stinging my eyes and throat anymore. Didn't get the ones of flames over the roof tops as I was handing over my car keys to get those who wanted out out. I stayed along with 2 of my neighbors. My daughter returned after 10 or so and took the other photos for me. It will be burning for hours they say, it's now 11 pm. I keep hearing popping noises but no BOOMS lol I hear helicopters. Click to enlarge.

What's Cookin'/Burnin'
The strongest nose and throat burning odor just blew this way and all we hear are alarms and sirens. I see nothing. You can actually taste this smell. I keep checking my news feeds and nothing. Refinery problems of some sort. I feel sick.
Update at 10:08 PM
Most the street evacuated since there were 30 feet high flames and vehicles speeding everywhere. Population control I suppose. No one would tell us either way or what each siren/alarm meant so to play it safe many have taken the babies and split. I stayed here and told my family to ask the woman across the street if she needed out--she decided to stay and my neighbor to the North. Peeps to the south of me took off later (didn't look out for anyone else) and people drove by and said "bad fire, you should leave" lmfao. Yeah. I could have walked with the blind lady somewheres I'm sure lol. Anyways, It's good to know folks care. This is funny actually. I called East Tulsa and told my son how to handle insurance money if I croaked. It's been going on since before the original post 8:42 PM) so plenty of time if they needed to get on loud speakers or anything.
Really no excuses for anything in this city lately. Close down schools and spiffy up unused parks with expensive landscaping and decor. I'm sure they'll say it's a different fund etc. People really believe this crap too. Hell, sell your wardrobe and keep a school open you jerk! lol Nut cases. Lots of money --lotteries turnpikes---bad roads and no schools. Fancy crap in an unused park though. Wow. But I'm sure they "have to" Whateva. I believe and follow blindly=sure.
Well, she hasn't blown yet :-)
I Think I'll eat that hamburg the kids left behind.

I'm trying this out and so far so good
Seems like you get a reasonable amount of points without depending on Cliques of the community to allow for them so to speak. A lot of content sites are not really dependent on content to say the least. And the last thing the social sites do is socialize--it's all about copied photos and quick meaningless posts for points. The comments aren't even communication. This is not the case all the time with everyone, but usually with the ones you hear from the most. So Swag bucks seem to be what's going on. I signed up for Listia because it seemed to be fun but had no idea what to list. Everything I got, I seem to need or have already given away. But it would be fun to list something.

Crosstown Traffic
Does the manner in which we drive reflect the way we live our life, or is it something that may be out of character for us in other aspects of life?
What about if we don't drive at all? Am I too polite, cautious and laid back off the road as well as on? What does our driving say about us if anything?
I run my errands in a thought-out "loop" the only spare of the moment stops would be within that loop. I'm homeward bound from my last stop and notice someone tailgating me. I look in front of me and there is maybe a car length or two between myself and that car. I'm thinking I can't go any faster than the vehicle in front of me unless I want to some how become as one with that vary vehicle. So now I'm curious. I look back and there is no real traffic in any lane behind me and my follower. The big Nissan is not in any kind of obvious road rage or anything, but could not wait to speed up and change lanes. Was she going to turn? Oh no, she immediately cut in front of me in the tiny space between me and the car in front of me. I'm really not getting it. As we approach the red light she changes to the extreme left lane. She was already in a left turn lane. I'm amused thinking, she HAD to be first in some line--any line--with or without reason. She was no further ahead and what she did made no sense except that she had some hang up about being in the leader spot lol. I say "she" but was it a she? As I pull up to get a look,( like I said, I am curious lol), I realize she is not a she but a short little man with black hair and dark skin. Why did I assume "she"? What in his driving suggested that to me? hmmmm. I guess it's 'cause it reminded me of PTA night in every school parking lot I've ever been in. Is it because he was used to being first or because he is often last in his off road life that he was so determined? If I were to challenge his concept, How far would he have gone to keep his status (if only in his mind)? Kind of scary when you think of things like that. A lot of what we do is no accident. Was it just maybe a little innocent game he plays to amuse himself? Or is it a serious part of who he is?
I've known people that I have rode shotgun with that ....well, I'd kiss the ground when we landed. They seemed like nice enough people off the road but I somehow had a different opinion/ interpretation of things as they cut people off blaming the others for it somehow. They would tailgate slow people, I guess in hopes of frightening them so they cause a wreck? I'm not sure what their reasons were, but I know it is quite common to see this behavior amongst otherwise "OK" people. My conscience really doesn't let me think they are "OK" for any of this. If grandpa wants to drive slow in the slow lane for what ever reason that is fine by me. I will smile and wave as I pass, or I will follow so that people can flip me off or tailgate me instead of him. What cracks me up in a way is that people don't realize the fast lane is really the maximum speed lane. In no way is it required to drive 100mph in it lmao. Some people do not get this concept at all. Which is fine if they can drive in control and with tolerance/respect for those who are actually abiding by the law, but this is seldom the case.
I think it's important for everyone to realize this fact as well; Just because you have a good brakes, Does Not mean the guy behind ya or the one you are cutting off does. So when you tailgate at certain speeds and don't let up when you see brake lights until you have to slam on the brakes, don't think the line behind will be able to stop like that. I know these folks have full coverage and can't wait to collect their new car, but they seem to forget that they have to live in order to drive it. Oh yes, and no, you don't get to choose your lane when turning. Really, you don't. I know some streets are set up horrible and if you don't get in your lane immediately you will lose your chance for miles to turn, but when you kill Gran' ma cause you think it's OK to take her rightful lane when turning left, You are crap. Really, you are.
Are people really as selfish and full of hate as their driving suggest, or are they just that stupid? I'm not sure which answer I'm most comfortable with. I realize people make Boo Boos too. How we react to those mistakes, I feel directly displays to the world who we are.
Maybe if we start thinking in terms of "people who happen to be in a vehicle" instead of "That big truck/little fast car" etc we will do better. That "asshole" still has to go home to his babies and instantly become the off road Daddy he is. And that "dumb bitch" hogging the road still has to make it to her off road life as a provider of milk and love to her newborn. That "prick" that you just flipped off may be the one interviewing you in an hour. And that "slow old bastard", may be your father and someday, if you drive right, may be you.
Ah, but what do I know?

Worth Sharing
Well, like the title goes Heres to All of us. And here's to this man. It's hard to put his books down. Roger Kiser Sr is a great author and survivor. He helps with child abuse to this day. A lot of people were abused but not all make that decision to end abuse for others as well as themselves. He is a special dude :-)
You can find out more about him and his work on Gather.
The story that I linked to is sweet as can be. There are several others that make me wonder if I myself am abusive as I get so spittin' mad at the evil people who abused the young boy (kiser) that I want to go back in time and kick them.
They are all written well. I highly recommend reading them.

Fire on Turkey Mountain
I woke to the smell of smoke a few hours ago. After doing the search and sniff out I had to google of course. Turkey mountain in West Tulsa is burning, which means it probably won't go anywhere (spread too far) but firefighters are working hard out there. I'm a few miles off from that area but the smoke is unbelievable. So now I'm up with a sore throat on fire watch. Something told me to skip the coffee. Look for flames and in their absence go back to bed. It didn't help the whole house waking up after dreaming of bacon. Weirdos.
Grass fires galore and the wind is wild.

Random and Real
Globs of oatmeal left on table, screaming kids, no job, in my home, smoking a cheap burning paper type smokes, sipping free beer, and talking babble loudly. That is a few minutes of observation. His dog is barking for no reason outside. His wife took off on some bogus mission. I'm fighting to not snap. More crap brought in my home when there was no room for what was already there. After I got rid of my stuff to make room. Worse than before. So much more that I can't see from the solitude of my office. I can hear him sniffling as loud as possible and groaning. He has no regard or consideration. His defense is that he is unaware although he is told daily.
Truth= There are many greedy selfish people in this world who have next to nothing as a result. What they do have, they don't appreciate.
Destruction, Chaos,Greed, Clutter and Selfishness.
